Recommended for using low mounting holes on the brass/Al hubs. Depending on which hole you are using the spacing will be different.
 
For lowest hole use: 8mm spacer + 2-4mm ballstud washers
For second lowest: 8mm spacer + 0-4mm ballstud washers
For 3rd lowest:  Use 8mm spacer only 
For highest: Use standard ballstud spacers, 0-4mm
